This office will serve as the Federation’s new chapter operations development team, and assist new members and chapters by providing them with information regarding which office could best answer their questions.
Ships Services would then contact the appropriate office for these members and transfer their questions and requests for assistance.
Member Services will contact outside organizations and get membership benefits for all members.
It will also be the responsibility of this office, in cooperation with the Chief of Staff, to produce commissioning certificates for new chapters of the fleet.
A monthly report will be due to the IFT Council by the 20th of each month, and must include information regarding directory referrals and transferred information to other offices.
