This office will serve as the IFT’s Directory Assistance, and assist members and chapters by providing them with information regarding which office could best answer their questions. Ships Services would then contact the appropriate office for these members and transfer their questions and requests for assistance. Ship Services will also be responsible for answering any members questions and assisting staff with new member and renewing member registration.
It will also be the responsibility of this office to produce commissioning certificates for new chapters of the fleet, publishing the Fleet’s newsletter VOYAGES (in conjunction with the Communications Department), updating all chapter and membership manuals, support for the Federation Online Store, and support for Starbase Columbus.
A monthly report will be due to the IFT Council by the 20th of each month, and must include information regarding directory referrals and transferred information to other offices along with updates on the publication of VOYAGES and sales support.
